Polytunnel Progress

Graham hung around the house all day on Tuesday, waiting for the polytunnel to arrive.  It did eventually get here, at about 7.30 in the evening.  He spent Wednesday making one of the doors and is up there again today making the second door.

This is the area that is cleared ready for the tunnel....

Here are some of the components...

Here is Graham with the first door he made....
He is very enthusiastic about this polytunnel and is looking forward to gardening in it.

We saw the fox up there this morning, it was sun bathing on the soil but ran off before I could take it's picture.

So happy that your polytunnel has finally arrived! It will be so lovely to garden within! Looks like quite a bit growing already. Hope you get a picture of the fox!

Hi Ann, have you loads of plants ready to go in the tunnel? It will add a whole new dimension to your gardening, especially late autumn and early Spring as it will really extend your growing season. Putting it together is another story!
Have a lovely Easter

Ooh; big happenings with the poly tunnel coming together! I'd LOVE to see a photo of Mr. Fox if he'll let you take one. :D

I feel a little sorry that his hopes for Dining via your garden are to be thwarted this year, but WAY more happy for you that you'll reap the harvest of your labors without an pilfering from him! ;)

Looks like a big project to me! I hope you are making significant headway. We're fortunate to live in a climate where we can garden 9 months out of the year without the greenhouse. I hope you and yours are well!

Blessings,
Melissa
