Apples, blackberries and red currants, sprinkled with Demerara sugar, piled into a flan case. This flan is going into the oven for 20 minutes, then it'll be served with either custard or cream, whichever you prefer. It is a bit of a cheat really, a bought flan case, bought frozen apple and blackberries but redcurrants from our own redcurrant bush.
