Hand Quilting

I recently had a go at hand piecing and hand quilting.  At one time I would have been too impatient to sit and do this so something must have changed in the way I think!?!

This little quilt only measure just over fifteen inches square and I can't see me doing anything by hand that is much bigger than this.  But then again, bed sized quilts are just not for me, these little ones satisfy my need to do patchwork.

Hi Ann...I like small quilts too...I've never made a decent looking big quilt! Yours is beautiful and I like the colors! I tried a whizzed up soup again, this time with Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato...delicious! I want to make the corn soup...do I use the same ingredients as for the bean soup? I'm really liking your recipe as an easy meal to make, with lots of vitamins, minerals and fiber! Thank you so much for sharing it!

Hi Ann, I just read your last post, you did have some hangers hanging around! I am sure the very same charity shops would love them, I see our local one here with a big box of them and anyone can just go in a take as many as they need.
Scanning the photos is the only way to get down the bulk without losing the content, any other family members who would like them?
Love the quilt small is beautiful!
